Tuition and pricing
When a student commits to a semester of lessons, a non-refundable fee of $25 per student is required. $25 includes administrative fees, a t-shirt for each student, and recital costs.
Registration
Each semester includes 15 30-minute lessons. Tuition for individual instruments lesson is $425 per semester plus the $25 registration fee. Tuition may be paid once per semester or split into monthly payments. If choosing monthly payments, there is a slight increase in cost. We do not offer a prorated tuition plan or sibling discount, as we operate with a part-time staff, and our prices are low in comparison to other programs. 45-minute lessons require instructor approval based on skill level and require a special payment link. The cost of instruments, lesson books and art materials is not included in tuition and is communicated by each instructor individually.

Your debit/credit card will be charged at the time of registration. If registering as a new student, you will not be charged until scheduling and placement is complete. Once scheduled, you will receive a special payment link via email. If paying monthly, your card will be charged every month starting on the day of the first payment until 4 payments total are made.
We will do our best to work with your schedule. Specific availability of lesson times depends on the instrument of study and the instructor’s schedule. Our make-up policy is to give grace when possible. We provide extra weeks in each semester to receive the fifteen lessons paid for. However, if a student misses multiple lessons due to trips or extracurricular activities, some lessons may be forfeited. If an instructor misses a lesson, that lesson will be made up. Communication for missed lessons should be made directly between the student and the instructor. If an instructor will be unavailable for a lesson, the student will be notified as far in advance as possible, and lessons will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed upon time on the church campus.
